ERW Production Line – Precision in Every Weld

The ERW manufacturing plant of … operates in a covered area measuring 413×60 meters, equipped with a covered warehouse (220×30 meters) and an open storage yard (413×160 meters).

The plant specializes in producing steel pipes with diameters ranging from 8 to 24 inches, wall thickness from 4.4 to 20.6 mm, and lengths from 6 to 18 meters, as well as steel square hollow sections from 175×175 mm to 500×500 mm.

The production process utilizes roller forming and simultaneous Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) with straight seam and two-stage annealing. Products are manufactured in compliance with API 5L, AWWA C200, and ISO 3183 standards for water, oil, gas, and petrochemical transmission, as well as EN 10219 for industrial and structural applications.

Annual Capacity: 500,000 tons of pipes and 100,000 tons of hollow sections
